Scope of Works
- Responding to the need for creating a legal basis, sound planning and preparing the appropriate regulations in terms of environmental issues.
- Responding to the need for further education of the SIDS jurists on environmental protection issues, by which their scientific training will increase and their professional activity will be reinforced.
- Transferring the European Public Law and the best legal practices in order to support necessary legal reforms.
- Familiarizing the beneficiaries with the principles of sustainable development, which can lead the SIDS to political, economic development and constant amelioration of the standard of living.
- Assimilation of the acquis communautaire by the jurists of the SIDS.

Status
A Funding contract and a Letter of Partnership have been issued by the EPLC.

The UCSIS and the EPLC must agree on the terms and conditions outlined
